Are your toys original?

A huge positive YES! All our toys are direct from Japan. We are proud of the fact that we only sell 100% original Japanese toys. No bootlegs, no copies, no factory rejects.

Rest Assured that when you buy from Tokyo Fantasy, you only get the best.

Will you help me gift-wrap?

Of course! Just leave a comment in your order to indicate that you're giving it as a gift.

Not only will we help you gift-wrap, we'll include a complimentary gift card with your personal message. We'll also omit the invoice, so your recipient doesn't know how much the gift cost.

I am a webmaster from a toy hobby website/forum. I would like to link to your page. Can I?

Of course, we welcome anyone to link to us. If you need a banner to add to your site, simply grab one from our Links page.

If you're only linking to our pictures, please give credit to our store on the same page, or at least hyperlink the picture back to our store.

If I purchase an in-stock item with a pre-order item, when will you ship out my order?

If you buy both an in-stock item and a pre-order item in the same order, we will only ship out your item when the pre-order item is available.

If you would like to receive your in-stock item faster, please make 2 separate purchases.

How can I be sure I'm buying toys in good condition?

We take pride in our quality control. Every toy we have is stored in a temperature and humidity controlled storage facility to ensure that they stay in excellent condition.

Every single item we sell is checked against strict quality control guidelines. Any item that fails that guideline is rejected and marked as B-stock.

Rest assured that when you buy from Tokyo Fantasy, you get good condition, brand new items.

I just made an order but it does not show up in my order history. Is there anything wrong?

If you've just made an order and it did not show up in your order history, you probably forgot to return to our website after making your payment. That resulted in your order not being captured by our system.

Don't worry about it, we'll still key-in your order. You should be able to see your order in your order history after a day or two.

Browsing and Searching

I'm looking for a particular toy that you do not have at your store. Will you help me find it?

Certainly! Simply e-mail us a description of what you're looking for, attach a picture if possible and tell us how many you need. We're always glad to source that special toy for you!

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes, Gift Vouchers are called FantasyGift at our store. To purchase a FantasyGift, simply purchase them like you would any other item. We will send a special FantasyGift e-mail to your recipient to inform them that you have given them a FantasyGift.

If you'd like us to print and mail a physical FantasyGift to your recipient, simply e-mail us to let us know. A small fee will be charged for shipping.

I would like to buy an item shown in your website. Is it in stock?

As long as you can put the item in your shopping cart and checkout with the item, it means that it is in stock, in the quantity that you want.

Items that are out of stock will not show up on our website.

Shipping and Delivery

Will my order reach me in good condition?

Definitely! We take great pride in our packing, and we take all precautions to ensure that your order reaches you safe and sound.

How do I see my shipping cost?

Follow the steps below to get a shipping quote:

  1. Put the items you want in your shopping cart
  2. If you do not have an account yet, register for one. It's free!
  3. Click on Checkout to go to our shipping page. Don't worry, you are under no obligation to order.
  4. You will see your various shipping options. Choose the one you prefer.
  5. If the shipping options and costs are acceptable to you, proceed to Payment Options.

How long does it take for my order to reach me?

It all depends on the shipping method you choose and where you live. You can refer to our Shipping Page for details.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to all countries in the world except Indonesia and Nigeria.

If you're from either Indonesia or Nigeria and you are keen to buy from us, please send us an e-mail to enquire.

I made an order some time back but I have not received my item. What do I do?

Not to worry, we ship by Registered Mail. Every item shipped comes with a tracking number to trace where your item is.

In the unlikely event that your order has been lost (pending our investigation), we will either send you a new item or give you a full refund.

Do you deliver on weekends or outside of office hours?

Deliveries are done by either the postman or by the courier, so they will have to be during office hours and in the weekdays.

In the event that you are not present to receive the items, the postman or courier will usually leave a delivery advice, so that you can schedule another delivery with them.

Of course, this will vary from country to country. Please check with you local post office/courier service for more information.

Why does it take 2 days for my order to be shipped?

We take real care in packing. We want you to get your order in the best possible condition, so we take extra care to check and pack them.

Once we receive your order, we:

1> Visually inspect your items to make sure there are no defects.
2> Take the extra effort to pack your order properly, giving enough support and cushioning to make the trip safely.
3> Seal the package properly to make sure no moisture gets in.

These steps take time, therefore the 2 day processing time.

Payment and Payment Options

How do I pay for my purchases?

We accept payments by Paypal, eNets, Credit Card, Debit Card or American Express. If you have a Paypal account, you can also pay by Paypal.

What payment gateway are you using? Is it secure?

All payments are processed by reliable third-party payment processers (Paypal or eNets).

All transactions are fully secure with up to 256bit SSL encryption and US$100,000 security guarantee. Rest assured your information is safe with us.

Can I pay by Paypal eCheck?

Yes you can, we accept Paypal eCheck payments. Do not that we will only ship your order after your eCheck clears. (usually 4-6 business days)

Login and Registration

I am trying to register at your store by cannot find my state/suburb in your state list. What do I do?

Oops! If we didn't list your state/suburb but still listed your country, then it was our fault for not getting the correct list of your country's states/suburbs.

We definitely want you to sign up, so just choose the closest state to you then send us an e-mail to correct the oversight.

I have just registered but I did not receive a confirmation e-mail. Now I can't login. What's wrong?

If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail and now can't login, chances are that you entered your e-mail address wrongly. Try registering again with the correct e-mail address.
